Booking, Confirmation and Payment
- In order to complete a booking a deposit a least of 25% of the total tour value is required to secure the tour date.
- Full payment is to be made if the booking is within 30 days of the tour date for multi-day tours and within 1 week for day tours.
- The balance of the holiday needs to be paid no later than 30 days prior to tour start for multi-day tours and 7 days for day tours; if the payment is not received on time we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
- Payments may be made by credit card or bank transfer/wire. For payment by credit card 5% service fee is charged, it includes currency conversion and processing charges. We accept all major cards.
NOTE: If you pay by wire/transfer please inform us via email that you have made payment.
Client Alterations
If, after we have confirmed a booking, the client requests a change in the dates, accomodations or content of the agreed itinerary we will do our best but cannot guarantee to meet the revised requirements.
NOTE: Any alterations may mean an increased cost in tour prices and a change in tour itineraries.
Client Cancellations
If, after we have confirmed a booking, you request a cancellation the following cancellation policies apply:
Deposit Payment Refund – Day Tours
- If you cancel your day tour up to 8 calendar days from the tour date the deposit or payment is fully refundable.
- If you cancel your day tour within 1 week from the tour date the deposit or payment is 50% refundable.
- The deposit or payment is non-refundable within 24 hours or less from the tour date.
Deposit Payment Refund – Multi-Day Tours
- If you cancel your multi-day tour up to 30 calendar days from the tour start date the payment is fully refundable. The deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel your multi-day tour within 30 – 7 days from the tour start date payment is 50% refundable. The deposit is non-refundable.
- The deposit or payment is non-refundable within 7 days or less from the tour start date.
Gateway To Ireland Tours – Cancellation or Alterations
Once your booking has been confirmed we will make every effort to provide you with the booked tour arrangements but reserve the right to alter or cancel the whole or part of the tour if we cannot avoid doing so. In the event of cancellation of a tour by Gateway To Ireland Tours Ltd., we will offer a full refund of the tour price only.
Photos
Your driver guide will request to take photos during the tour. These photos may be used online by Gateway To Ireland Tours solely for the purpose of marketing. If you do not wish your photos to appear online please inform your driver guide and we will ensure your wishes are respected.
